1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sovkrelan governing your access to and use of the platform, including all content, features, courses, live sessions, learning paths, and services offered through it. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the platform independently. Users under 16 may access the platform only with verified parental or guardian consent. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 Account Sharing

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with others, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited.

4. Platform Services

4.1 Description of Services

Sovkrelan provides an online educational platform focused on lighting and texture design in 3D games. Services include group sessions, individual lessons, structured learning programs, and live interaction with instructors. The platform is accessible to learners regardless of their geographical location.

4.2 Service Availability

Sovkrelan aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably possible.

4.3 Service Modifications

Sovkrelan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

5. User Conduct

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Sovkrelan or any third party
• Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, offensive, misleading, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems

• Disrupt the experience of other users or the normal operation of the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, including instructors or Sovkrelan staff
• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any course content or platform materials without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, graphics, written content, lesson structures, and software, is the exclusive property of Sovkrelan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms of Use, Sovkrelan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or otherwise share any content on the platform, including comments, project work, or session contributions, you grant Sovkrelan a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Fees

Certain features, courses, or session types may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize Sovkrelan to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.

7.2 Refund Policy

7.3 Pricing Changes

Sovkrelan reserves the right to modify pricing for services at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the price change.
